Hi,
We have a client that is currently testing the update to BC22 in a Sandbox (fresh copy from production) and all their user-defined permissions sets are gone after the update to BC22.
They only see the Extension and Sytem permission sets. How can they access their User-Defined permission sets?
Thanks
22.1 fixed the issue
Has upgrading to Business Central 22.1 resolved this issue, or was there a manual fix required?
Adding more to this thread.
I found how to replicate the issue.
Looking at table 2000000165, the field Assignable is not set for some permission sets
Those are the ones that are not being transfer from the table to the buffer table when trying to access the permission sets in the browser in BC22
I'm wondering if this field was added recently, so all permission sets created before has the value set to false.
If I create a new user defined permission sets today in a BC21 environment the flag is set to true and the value is being displayed after an update to BC22
Thank you Yun, waiting to be accepted in the yammer group to follow that post and see what's happening.
It's exactly the same behaviour we are experiencing
Hi, I saw the same issue on MS Yammer the other day, and it looks like Microsoft has noticed, and a fix is in the works.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi Inge,
The issue is, they still exist in the Tenant Permission Sets table, they don't just see them anymore
The view seems to be filtered to show System and Extension types only
Is that normal or a bug?

If you think there is a bug there you should contact your CSP partner and have them open a supportcase with Microsoft around this issue.
I have not experience this in any environment that i have seen upgraded.
