We have established a customer journey where we send an email, referred to as Email 1, to a segment of recipients. We want to verify that these recipients have clicked any links in Email 1; if they haven't, the system should automatically send a reminder email. However, this condition is not functioning as intended.
The “Email clicked” condition is not working because click tracking data is either not being captured, not yet processed, or evaluated too early in the journey.
