My first step would be expanding "View problem details".
You can raise a support ticket to Microsoft for assistance.
The Crash Dump Analysis tool on LCS has been deprecated several years ago. As alternative, you can analyze logs using the next method: docs.microsoft.com/.../ax_dmp_analysis

This error can be caused by many things,other than deleting AUC files ,check if any of the prerequisites needed to run AX Client was uninstalled.
If this didn't solve your problem check Event Viewer logs. Another thing you can do is a Crash Dump Analysis.

Is it giving an error on all clients for all users or just some specific users/client PCs? I do assume it worked before. Can you tell if something got changed like deploying customizations, installing Windows updates or Dynamics AX kernel updates?

Can you check the event viewer on the client machine and check if you can see any entries there every time the client crashes?
