SafePay: "Check Name" in Test and Live Environments

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello:

We have GP 2013 R2, in both a test and live environment.

In the test environment, the positive pay file that is generated by GP SafePay is correctly pulling the vendor's Check Name from Vendor Maintenance.

In the live environment, however, the positive pay file is incorrectly pulling the vendor's Name from Vendor Maintenance.

Although I have reviewed both environment's GP settings thoroughly, can anyone think of a reason for this difference?

Thank you!

John

    Hi Leslie:

I had created a case, with Microsoft.  I'm afraid that no one knows where it's pulling from, long story short.

The tables listed below are the possible tables.

But, I don't know that it's a "SQL table" issue.  We tried running SafePay on another Terminal Server and it pulls the Vendor Check Name correctly, on that other server.

So, it must be a file or something on our main server that is causing the issue.  But, no one knows what file, why, or how.

It's very strange, to say the least.

    John,

What name is it pulling instead of the correct name?
