"Show in header" activated, but the information is not being displayed

Hi all,

in D365 SCM there is the possibility to use the "Show in header" tool when you want a field to appear in the FastTab's summary section. In a couple of our environments this does not work, no information will be displayed in the FastTab's summary section. I've tried refresh, other browsers, delete cache, but I've not managed to make it work. I am not aware that we changed something there through customization, I've even tried with a mask that was not customized.

Are there any settings that might turn off this functionality or other things that I might consider to make it work?

    Hi Adrian,

    Do you have this issue with all the fields you are trying to add? I tested in 10.0.13 and some fields are greyed out and cannot be selected to be added to FastTab header and some can be selected but will not show up.

    For example, on Purchase order details form: I can add and see Delivery date on PO header but cannot see Earliest confirmed delivery.

    May be an issue with personalized views feature.

    Yes, in the environment I am talking about it simply does not work, no matter what fiels I use. And I use fields that I know they work in other environments.

    Hi Adrian,

    The only other action I could think of is to apply the latest quality update for your environment in LCS.

    If that doesn't work, then create a support ticket with MS to troubleshoot.
