Hi,

I have a partner whose client would like to migrate from NAV to D365 F&O under cloud migration promo and if askingif the 40% promo will apply in this scenario?

You should direct this question to Microsoft operational support. There are constantly different promotions available and together with your CSP partner you should figure out what is the best available promo for each customer.
