Copy enviorements SaaS Error (GlobalTriggerManagement)

Posted on by 15

Hi.

I'm having problems to copy enviroment from production to Sandbox from Admin Center (SaaS 19.2). It retrieves me a generic error and rollbacks the copy.

I've a custom app which subscribes to some GlobalTriggerManagement events. I think that that events controls are poping and dont let the copy be done.

Is there any function to identify when a Sandbox is creating so I can parch my app?

This is not happening when I copy a company in a existing enviroement.

I also tried to unable my controls (I have a config boolean) before the copy. But it's like if when a copy is done, it doesn't pick the lastest data from production. Probably picks an automatic few minutes ago backup. Could be?

Thanks.

    Hello,

Without an understanding of these globlatriggermanagement events, it is hard to say what causes the trouble. You may want to raise this via your CSP or partner to Microsoft support so we can look at the issue at our side as well.

    Thanks.
