Where to find Country of Origin (Product Manufacturer ID) in AX 2012

Hello, 

I have a quick functional question.

I'm asking about the Country of Origin field (Where the product is manufactured in), on "Released product details" form in AX,

I found only 1 field on  "Foreign trade" > "Origin : Country/Region", i dont know if it's the correct field or not.

    Hi,

    What do you mean by 'find'?

    Somebody has to enter the country of origin information first; manually or through an upload.

    What is it that you try to do?

    Hi Adax,

    That is the right field on the released products. This field can subsequent be used on PO report or any other places if needed. In one case, we had to extend the functionality to specify the product that got made in USA, we would select "USA" in above field and then created additional field to store the state in which the product is manufactured.

    Thanks for your reply,

    I just want to know which field indicate the country of origin (The manufacturer country ID) of the product, but i can't find this information.

    I found the field : InventTable.ORIGCOUNTRYREGIONID  but i'm not sure if it's the correct one

    InventTable.OrigCountryRegionId is the correct field name in AX database.
