Wrong unistall of Dynamics 365 for Marketing Application

Hi, 

I'm facing the following issue:

We have a tenant with multiple sandbox environments.

On one of the environments had the Marketing app installed but not correctly. 

My colleague created a new environment and deleted the old one but without uninstalling the application first. 

When trying to install the application on the environment we now face the following error: 
    "The selected organization no longer exists on this tenant." 

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

    Create a support ticket right away. There's no way of you to recover the situation.
