My Dynamics CRM "Download Log File Grey" out. I cannot find more details for the error. the screenshot is as below.

Hi Frank,
It is an error related to invalid credentials being passed or it requires authentication.
Please check the console window by opening the Developer Tools(F12). See if there is any error log and also you can check the network tab to see the network call that is failing.
Let us know when you are getting this error. Are you getting this while calling D365 web api.? Is is online or on-premises.

The error is due to an Authorization Failure and technical details can be found under the "Show Technical detail" link, or you can use the ev. took (F12) to look behind the scenes.
There is no log file available to download for this error.
