I am also struggling with a similar piece. Here, I added a custom field in Custom AI model and published the AI model.
In Invoice Capture App, I selected the AI model that I published which has the new custom field. I want to map the custom field to Payment terms field of Invoice Capture App.
But when I click the AI model in Invoice Capture App in F&O, I am not seeing the latest published model fields list. It still shows the old model fields.
