When pressing on a specific sequence number in a custom query based form, the system enters to another record completely, unless you take the specific sequence number you want and put it in filter box and search for it then you can access the request.
what might be the problem in this case?
knowing that the forms I'm facing problem in, a range is set on workflowstate field.
