Hello, just wanted to check how the heat map gathers data for the marketing email message insights.

While testing I sent a customer journey email to myself at 3 different email addresses ( work, gmail and mail.com)

I am in the U.K.

The Total Clicks map shows 1 click in the USA ( in Kansas) and 5 in the U.K.

seems a bit weird

I have the same question (0)

Hi @Tim Birchall,

have you sent any test sends as well as the customer journey emails?

Or does anybody else have access to your email from the US?

Assuming not, it is not expected behaviour.

Suggested to send test emails first and if not resolved. Share some screenshots of what you are going to achieve.
