Dictation of Notes on Mobile Phone

I am testing out Dynamics 365 Sales 9.x on a Mobile Phone while upgrading to UCI and what to showcase the Mobile App for our sales team, however if I try to dictate a note on a mobile I get the error "This feature is Disabled in Mobile Settings, please turn on related settings and try again"

So my questions are:

Where is Mobile Settings? Is it referring to a setting on the device or a setting in Dynamics 365, I have hunted around and can't find either.
Does anyone have an idea what the related settings are?

Hi,

Is your CRM is On-Prem?

Where are you using notes?

As sometime you need to enable a field or a section enable for mobile app from the from.

Good questions...

We are using Dynamics 365 Online and using a note on a Contact, device used is an iPhone 7. Had a look at the Note entity and it is enabled for Mobile.

Does anyone know the significance of the Enable for Mobile being grayed out?

Thanks Lu Hao, found the setting. Like the feature enhancement to notes says, the Mobile Settings is found in the Elipsis (...) Settings, Mobile Settings. The setting is User Content and Location must be On.

Thanks for your help, didn't work quite like I expected but at least its working.
