I have a client that was asking if it possible to customize their POS to integrate into a credit card gateway that is not supported in RMS currently. I've been trying to search through the site but have not been able to find out where to get documentation or integration information to create these "hooks" into the POS.
From everything I have read it is possible, I just don't know wehre to begin.
Keep in mind I am completely new to RMS so just trying to figure out where to start.

Yes, it's definitely possible but I'm not a programmer so I can't tell you how you can do it. I'm an agent for a company that created a payment processing gateway and integrated it with RMS last year. If you tell me a little more about the situation, including what gateway you want to integrate, maybe I can point you in the right direction.
