Hello,

I have set up user accounts across 10 different user roles, each role with different permissions e.g. fields that some users can update whilst other users cannot update or in some cases even see the field.

What I want to know is there a way in the system that I can easily view some kind of matrix which shows me for each user role what fields they have access to and what they can do?

Addition to Goutam Das.. you can use XrmToolbox also to look for which role has which permissions.. in XrmToolBox there are some plugins which gives this information.

In XRM toolbox, you have plugins which will help you find the roles for each user and there is some other plugins which will help you compare roles and find out what permissions role has
