I have below query for capacity planning:
1) In my route, I have mentioned that it takes 10 minutes to process 20 quantity on Machine-1. If a production order is created for 200 quantity, then machine will be reserved for 100 minutes. If instead of that my jobs get delayed by 50 minutes. Then my next jobs on that machine should get delayed by 50 minutes. But, in standard system, reservation is removed on posting of route card or RAF. Is there any way so that system delays the next jobs in the system?
2) Instead of machine-1, if I use machine-2, then all the jobs on machine-2 should be delayed and same should be updated in capacity planning. Standard system reserved capacity of machine-1 only. Is there any way so that system reserves job on actual machine used?
