Migrating Dashboards from CRM 2016 into Dynamics 365

Posted on by 689

Hi,

We have migrated the dahsboard through import/export solutions from:  Dynamics CRM 2016 to Dynamics 365.

The dashboards in the solution were set with the right Security Roles and published.

But in 'Dashboards' of any module: Dynamics for Sales or Customer Service, we can not see the dashboards.

Please your help.

Thank you.

    Hi,

In the Model Driven App, we have to pick the 'Sales Hub' or 'Customer Service Hub', tick the 'The Custom or System Dashboard' we need to see in the Hubs.

So I assume you are using Model driven apps (the ones you call modules). If you go to make.powerapps.com and select the Apps from the left, you should see each module as a separate model driven app. On the 3 dot menu of that app, click Edit app. The app designer will show up and you need to include all the entities, forms, views and dashboards etc in that app for them to show up. Don't forget to publish the app when you do the changes.
