Blank fields shown at top of ascending list

Dear All,

I was hoping you could help me with a minor query.

I have an optional date field on a form that users may or not fill in dependent on the nature of their query.

Users want to be able to sort this field into descending order as to check the data in this field.

However, if you sort a column into ascending order, it appears the first values are all of the blanks.

Is there anyway to sort where blanks are always forced to the bottom of the list?

Thanks,

Alex

Hi Alex, no choice for standard sorting in ascending, the Null or blank value will be appearing at the top.

Other way, maybe you can create filter criteria then you exclude those data that 'does not contain data'. So that, your data will be cleaner.

    Thank you.
