Synchronization: How to disable or exclude Stores from HQServer-HQClient-Synchronization?

Hello from Germany,

Question: Is there any possiblity to disable or exclude Stores from HQServer-HQClient-Synchronization?

Reason: If one or more stores are closed, all the worksheets I set up will be created for all stores. I don't want to choose every store by click it. We also have many Addins that doing the same. Every worksheet is always created for all Stores.

Problem: We have many HQ's with 15 and more Stores affiliated. For examble 3 stores are offline because they was closed forever. Worksheets that are created for this store will never be green. They stay yellow and i cannot filter for done worksheets an I also cannot delete they from store administrator for all the time.

I would appreciate help.

You can use the Region field of the stores for this purpose, put Closed for the closed stores and Active for the working stores, then create all your worksheets by region not by store and select the Active region
