Hi:
In Dynamics GP, manufacturing order MO0007732 with finished good item number 3748 wants me to open a new receipt.
But, this order has been received in already. And, it's displaying its status as “Released” instead of “Complete”.
Also, I'm unable to pull 3748 from our site "STAGE2PACK" for consumption in the other MO’s tied to MO0007732.
It's as if 3748 was never placed into STAGE2PACK, when the error occurred and upon receiving in MO0007732 the first time.
Nothing for this order appears in either the MOP1200 or W)10032 tables of any relevance.
So, I restored a backup of the live GP company into a test company and ran Inventory Reconcile. This process changed the picklist consumption quantities of the components from 0 to whatever the quantities were prior.
Then, I went to the Manufacturing Order Entry window and attempted to change the status from "Released" to "Complete". GP gave me the error shown below.
How do I fix this MO?
If a fix isn't available for this issue, is it possible to change this MO's status from Released to Closed by "skipping" Complete.
