Search in quotes archive

Hi! We may start to use the quotes function. Then I got this question from sales: How can I track the old quotes with a special item? The quotes is removed if you use the Make order function. And even if I enable the automatic archive function, is it possible to search for an item? There is no “archived quote lines” page, is it?

Thanks that it what I need. Maybe we have to add a bookmark to the Sales line archives page.

Another thing that occurred to me when I was looking into this is that the you seem to loose the attachments when you archive a document. Is that so? Is there away around it? I have thought we have all information saved in the archive of blanket orders.

Hi, Yes, that's the standard as far as I know. Sales Quote Archive contains Links and Notes, but no Attachments....This also has to be customized if needed and is slightly more complicated.
