I'm trying to add/insert columns using the interface but the field list does not show all the fields. Help pages says there are recommended or all but I cannot find it. Is it possible to open the selection further?
As an additional 'hope', I want to show the gross price (including the VAT) on a purchase request line. Any ideas?
All fields in this context means all fields that are available in the tables associated with the form. Not all fields in the database. If the desired fields aren't present, you have to customize to make them available.
