Can't manage CompanyAccount and Owners Views

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, one user in our company got some problems with companyaccount views.

As attached, the user's viewing am horizontal splitted screen view without any results (1st screen).

Other users are able to view it properly (2nd screen).

Why this behaviour?

Is there a way I can fix it?

    As a follow up to my reply I'd like to post the answer here for anybody who is going through the same issue.

    Is this happening to all the users with IE browsers? There is a known bug with the latest windows update. We had similar issue but with the advanced find results where in the results window shows a split screen with the results displaying in the center.

    Found out that the latest windows update has caused the underlying CSS to work properly. Ours is CRM 2015 on-prem. We are still troubleshooting and not sure about it. Just an FYI.

    Unfortunately, it doesn't work. With Chrome it work perfectly.

    the user is a system admin. Is it possible anyway?

    This is a client side issue. Please try clearing the cache and restarting IE.

    Is this occuring in other browser as well?

    Please check the read permission on accounts for that user. Its possible that the records are not visible due to the ownership.
