Difference between MS Dynamics AX-2012 and Dynamics 365

Hi There..

what is Difference between MS Dynamics AX-2012 and Dynamics 365. Currently i am working on AX-2012. how Dynamics 365 is different from AX-2012. 

is Microsoft provides the certification for AX-2012 also ?.

    For AX-2012 certification , All exams have been retired.simply Google them and you will know.

    Related to your second question: If this is about exams, then the answer is that the AX 2012 exams have been retired.
