Our currrent version crm 4.0 (4.0.733.3335) update rollup 16 we are on Exchange 2007 sp3.

We will be moving over to Exchange 2010. What do I need to do to make CRM work.

Our endusers will still be using Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 (32 bit).

Thanks for any help.

Arthur

    Hi Arthur,

If users will still be using the same e-mail address and Outlook profile to access their mail, there should not be any need to reconfigure the CRM add-in or make additional changes. However, if a new Outlook profile will be necassary for the users, then the CRM add-in will need to be reconfigured. If any of the user's e-mail addresses change, you will want to ensure that their Primary E-mail address is appropriately updated in CRM as well.

If you are using the CRM e-mail router, you will want to ensure that the configuration profile information is still valid. If you were using webdav for Exchange 2007, please note that this is unsupported in Exchange 2010, and Exchange Web Services should be used instead.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you,

    Derek
