Error running 941 report

We are trying to run our quarterly 941 preperation report, and we are recieving two errors.  The first error is:

[Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL Server]Error converting data type varchar to int.

and the second error is:

Greenshades' Mag.NET encountered an error while savinging with GSSAVE941INFO. The return value was: 8114

We have the latest updates for Greenshades, Dynamics GP, and the tax tables.  Can anyone shed some light on these errors?  Thanks!

Hi Michael: We are encountering the same problem, you mention above. I was wondering if you've gotten any responses. I have been in touch with Greenshades, but so far, haven't heard!!

Thanks, email me direct at jrobinson@sterlingmail.com

Wondering if you have made any progress on on this?  I have the same error on user1's system.  Provided user1 with a fresh build system, same error, however user2 is not having a problem.  User1 can log on to User2's system and perform the report, so it is not GPuserid or GPpermission related.

     Thank you!

Greenshades provided us with an updated .cnk file that fixed the problem for us.  Your problem sounds like it may be caused by having different versions of Greenshades on the two PC's.  The version on PC2 works, but maybe the version on PC1 doesn't.

Actually...both are using the same version and have accepted the latest update.  Was the cnk file related to the latest update, or was it specific to your install?

I believe it was related to the latest update as the person I spoke to was very familiar with the problem and said the engineering team was hard at work on a fix.
