Is it possible to have a permanent developer account instead of trial version that is available for just 30 days?
EDIT: Not possible for Dynamics 365 CE, possible just for Power Apps, see Bipin Kumar response for the link

You can sign up for Power apps developer plan which will not expire in 30 days until and unless you keep adding/modifying the components in that instance.

for dynamics crm your only option is a trial of Dynamics 365, power apps developer plan doesn't contain several entities that you have inside dynamics crm
HI,
Dataverse is available with most of the basic OOB entities. You will not get First Party Apps such as Sales, Service and Marketing. You will need to use same account for trial of these apps which can be used for 30 days and you can extend for another 30 days.
You will powerapps, Power automate, Dataflow etc..
Not a developer account but you can as a partner get a sandbox restricted license type at a much lower cost or even get elgible for said license depending upon your partnership agreement levels and engagement.
