Web Hook request getting queued in Azure DevOp

Hi,

I have setup a webhook in Azure DevOps and it Triggers on Item creation. I noticed its getting queued many times can any one help me y its happening?

Below is the screen shot of the same.

    Can you please let us know where the Item creation is taking place?

    If this is outside of Retail/Commerce I would recommend posting in the Supply Chain Management community:
