Dear All,
I just wanna ask if there is a possibility to modify the "Accounting Manager" profile? The purpose is to remove all administrative access in that file eg. Company Card, Users Cards and etc.
Thank you.

Hi Marlon,
Yes you can. The way depends a bit on whether you use Web client or Windows client, but from your screenshot I see you are using Windows client, so I will answer based on that, and hope that this is what you are looking for:
You can go to profiles where you are in your screenshot, and then copy an existing profile into a new one, let's call the new one AC2. (Or you can just keep the original one and modify that). To start the Windows client with the new profile, you can add "-Profile:AC2" to the shortcut for the Windows client like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central\140\RoleTailored Client\Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe -settings:"C:\Clients\140\ClientUserSettings.config" -Profile:AC2
To modify the profile, also add "-Configure":
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central\140\RoleTailored Client\Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe -settings:"C:\Clients\140\ClientUserSettings.config" -Profile:AC2 -Configure
And notice that the client stars in Configuration mode:
Then customise the page - for example go to "Customize Navigation Pane", and you can add and remove elements as you like. And once finished, just close the client and the changes you did will be saved to the profile.
I hope this helps and this is what you were looking for?
