No store transaction coming in from CPOS to DynamicsFO

Hi,

On my development box,  I am trying to create order from CPOS and it show there that the order is successfully created in CPOS. No error on CPOS screen. But somehow I cannot see them in Dynamics 'Store transactions' screen.

I have verified that 'Default Channel database' , 'P-001'  , 9999 jobs are running fine.

There are no upload sessions getting created. Not sure where to look. Can someone please guide what could be the missing link here?

I created a new customer in DynamicsFO and i can see download sessions successfully created and status changed from 'Available' to 'Applied'.

I also restarted my Cloud hosted VM (dev box) several times.

Regards,

Vikky

    Hy Vikky,

did your create a Sales Order for Customer or did you cretae a Sales Transaction (take payment against items)? Both should be visible in "Upload sessions".

If first one please ensure that "Synchronize Orders" is runnung for your channel.

    Hi Iam,

After the DB restore, it is better you can follow up below steps to fix this issue.

    1. Run Re-Provision tool for the target ENV.
    2. Run “C:\RetailSDK\Tools\RetailTenantUpdateTool.ps1” from power shell ISE to update the retail tenant info for MOPS activation user.
    3. Initialize commerce scheduler.
    4. Run full data sync for job 9999.
    5. Reactive the MPOS

If you don't know how to to that, please log a service request to Microsoft support team.

Please mark as "Verified" if the answer is helpful. Thanks in advance.

    Hy,

as @Yusheng said you need to update all the internal retail config to your current environment.

Follow the step he wrote and share your result here.
