I have created a Purchase agreement workflow, which is by default /organisation wide/. Workflow is working completely fine, the issue is that the content defined in Work item Subject and Instructions for Workflow is not visible for Approver.
To explain the difference I have below attached a screenshot of Purchase Order workflow which is of /type company Specific/, where you can see content defined in work item subject and instructions is visible to Approver as message to read.
Can anyone guide me why it is not reflecting same way in Purchase agreement?
Message which is defined in Work item subject is however visible on Homepage, when we hoverover in /Work items assigned to me/, which explains that setup in workflow is correct, but still not visible as message to approver as it shows in Purchase order approval (shown above)
