I am trying to load a different form on a form load.

For instance my Payee's have an Account, so on clicking a payee that should load the Account form instead of the Payee. How can I achieve this?

Hello,

If you want to switch form during onload you should use formselector. Check this article - msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg309560.aspx

If you want to load another entity form, like account on click od case etc you need to write atleast javascript logic for navigation

for example, if you want to open account form on click of payee entity, write the below javascript onload of payee entity

function onload()

{

//add an conditional statement if required as per your logic/requirement

var id="7feb4355-b73d-434c-b9a7-a5e69af90866" \\give ur account recordguid here

Xrm.Utility.openEntityForm("account",id,null,null)

}

Hi Goutham, I tried the solution you recommended but I am getting an error

Hello

Depending on why you want to view the Account and what information is needed, you could add a quick view (for Account) to the Payee form. While this would be a quick, non-code solution, it might not suit your exact requirements.

Hi James, Payee is a middle place for information, while Account holds all the fields. So the re-direct to Account for payee and all other information.
