Crystal Report won't run with additional selections - Error in formula Record Selection

Hello,

I have a custom crystal report that for some reason will not accept additional options on the "Select" tab in Dynamics. I've tried several different fields, operators, and values and I always get "Error in formula Record Selection". It runs fine without additional fields selected.

Any ideas?
