Send an email to case owner

Hi all,

I want to send an email to case owner  with case id and contact name whenever a new case is creared or assigned to him.

I am not sure how I can achive this in workflow.

Any help with the screenshot steps will he helpful.

    Sorry Prashanth, It was by mistake. Now when I tried to undo that it is not showing me any option for that.

    You can vote for this issue/bug here:

    You will have to create a login, if you do not have microsoft account

    I have also used CRM online; make sure you are doing it right, can you share a screenshot

    When I followed the same exact steps in onpremise  it is showing but not in online the dynamic values in the TO field.I am not sure what could be the poasible reason.

    Hi Prashanth,

    In the second screen shot of yours, in the TO field when I tried to put the {owner (case)} dynamically  the values  are not coming up. It is only showing {customer (case)} to add dynamically.

    Please correct me if I missed out anything.

    Go to settings>>Processes>>Click on New

    Follow the screenshot below:
