Show Euro Symbol Elsewhere in Business Central

All,

We have our General Ledger set to use LCY Code EUR, everything is in Euros except for some of the symbols used generally by the UI. Some pictures are attached for reference.

Does anyone know how to change the UI symbols to match our currency selection?

As you can see, it's dollars for the balance and payments.

We're set to Euro

Regards

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

Does this reproduce in standard CRONUS company? It looks like that this is happening in a customization.

    Thanks.

    Marco,

Thanks for the response. There is no customization to change it and we get the same behavior in CRONUS as well.

    Hi,

which version of BC do you use?

Can you please check via "Page Inspection (STRG + ALT + F1) which Field No. the fields have?

    Hi,

Good question. I do not have that field (instead of $ I see LCY). Could be that eaf-joseph is using a standard setup of BC that only specific partners delivers as Microsoft does not ship that specific country localization.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

possible. I do not have this fields also in my default business central setup. I also have LCY in the columns-header and not the currency symbol. I also did not found any field which includes the currency symbol in the field name in my setup.

I think more information is needed to reproduce your issue.

    Which version of BC?

    Which country localization?

Which pages show the column name with currency symbol in the header?

    Kind Regards

    Thomas

Is it a problem with the North America version perhaps? We are seeing the same issue: all columns that are in LCY show with the $ symbol, even though the General Ledger Setup has Euro setup:
