How to find dynamics entity view audit logs

I have to find the dynamics entity view changes log. For example if someone deactivated one entity view how do we identify who deactivated the same. Is there any option to figure it out?

    Dear Partner,

    I understand you like to view entity level audit logs, like if someone added field / removed filed to entity. That feature is currently not available, 

    I would suggest you to log Product Feedback suggestion with Microsoft, you can enter your Product Feedback suggestion.
