Fixed Assets General Card Issue

Dear All,

when Setup new company faced issue in Fixed Assets card because missing the purchase field on the above of the card screen although the simulation of the same setup for the same customer with same rules specially in the Fixed Assets Company setup and purchase on transaction entry on the same clearing account, also conducted checklinks, reconcile and even repare

so please advise

Hey MSOBKY,

The purchase button is only available if you have used your Fixed Assets Purchases Account on a Purchases Transactions.

From the help menu in GP:

Purchase button

Opens the Asset Purchase window. This button is only available if there are purchasing transactions.

In GP you assign an account to be used for Purchases with Fixed Assets in the Purchasing Posting Accounts Setup window. This account is then used as the Purchase Account on a Purchasing Transaction. Once this is posted, the Purchase button should be available.
