I have another assset I need to place into service but I have already run the depreciation for the month.  My question is can I re-run depreciation after placing this asset into service without messing anything up?

    You can rerun depreciation for the same period. The system will look at the depreciated to date on the fixed asset book card and will not duplicate any depreciation.
