Missing Purchase Order preparer names on the PO form

Hello All,

I am trying to locate the preparer of the PO's on the All purchase orders form under the Procurement and sourcing module. But I am not able to find the names of users who created the PO's. Some of the PO's are automatically created by the system when a PR is approved by the approver. I tried to include a field by adding a column 'Created by' which is from the purchase orders table. However, PO's which are created by Purchase requisitions are not showing names for PO who created it? Is there a way I can fix this?

Try creating an employee in the HR module. Then in system admin users in the person record on the user specify the employee you created for the user.

Once this is done create the PO.

Hi Scott,

I figured this out. I added the requester field on the PO form and it's showing me all PO requester name.

But I would like to take a look insight this case and understand below point. If you kindly elaborate, would be appreciated.

--- Which version you are using as I cannot find this label "Purchase order name" you provided in your screenshot?

Have you renamed the label of "Requester" which is currently available in system OR is this a customized column ?
