Putting logos in e-mail from GP

Hello, We are currently running GP 2013 version 12.00.1745. I have an end-user that is attempting to have the company logo placed on the face sheets of the e-mails she sends from GP, similar to what one would see in a normal e-mail signature from OUTLOOK. So far I have been unable to locate any information about how to do this. I know how to add logos to templates within GP, but not in the signatures on e-mails sent from within GP? Has anyone had this problem?

I don't think this functionality is available. Haven't found anything like that in e-mail settings.

Thank you for the response, I will need something more definitive than your opinion though.

Does anyone have any specific details of how to place a logo in an e-mail, or if this is even an option with GP?

Unfortunately, I don't think this is possible through GP. I know this is not what you wish to hear.

I'd suggest something different, but it would not work in terms of exact placement of company logo that you are looking for. I am not an expert either and the terminology used here might not be correct.

My suggestion is that you may check if you can automate the signature as part of Exchange Server group policy. We have that system in our company where an official logo would be automatically attached to every email that I send. This setup is done on our Office 365 admin settings under my user profile. Not sure about on-premise Exchange Server, though.

This would be an even simple process if GP takes a common email ID to send out emails instead of the respective user's email ID. You just need to set the automatic signature on that email account.
