Run SSRS report using Sql server query

hi,

I want to know can we write our query in SQL server and then run ssrs report on ax2012?

Just for the sake of timeout error in Ax. Need solution

    Zohan, you would need to create External Data Source first in AOT and set your connection string for your AX db.

    Then, you will create an SP in Sql or you can write inline query on your Data set.
