getting error com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Invalid Content-Type:text/html. Is this an error message instead of a SOAP response?

This is coming in Address www.w3.org/.../anonymous and if we send authentication body on this , we will get this error.
