I have been trying to look on how to enable the Journey Template. I have seen some guide from Microsoft, but it seems to be outdated since it refers to Marketing and Outbound Marketing.
I want to create a Journey Template so me and the client can create Journeys on the go.
Can anyone confirm if the Journey Template feature/settings is now unavailable? Does creating a Journey and then just cloning the second-best approach to this? Thank you.
To my knowledge Journey templates are not yet an available feature in Real Time Journeys, which is why the documentation you're referencing is related to the older Outbound area.
This is a planned feature on the roadmap - I would recommend adding your vote on the Microsoft idea's page to try and bump it up the list!
The workaround in the meantime is just to create a Journey which is left in draft state, and then users can utilise the 'Create a copy' button to quickly replicate the desired Journey. The Journeys could also be labeled as 'Templates' to make it clearer for users:
