how to move Modifications from Sandbox environment to Production Environment

I'm working on cloud based 365 BC. using the designer functionality I have modified few pages in the Sandbox environment buy adding columns. in which it created extensions. How Can I move the those extensions to the Production environment. I went to Extension Management and try the install functionality, it is looking for objects with .app but couldn't find them.

How can I install the extensions I created in the Sandbox?

    Hello evbitas,

    in a nutshell:

    1. Download the extension code from your sandbox

    2. open the folder in Visual Studio Code

    3. Press F1 and use the command AL: Download symbols (you will be prompted to log in into your Environment)

    4. Use the AL:package command -->This creates the .app file which you can upload in your production environment
