Building a flow that retriggers on a process workflow on a dynamics entity record

Hi Community,

I have a scenario where am building a flow to trigger on contact entity field update to then update the child record. But I would like to retrigger these action in an existing on-demand process workflow against the child record? My question is how can I retrigger the flow in the process workflow? And how do run the flow in a system context? Apologies for obvious question.

Any guidance/steps are helpful.

Hi,

You can retrigger your flow from existing on-demand process flow by adding the step to update contact entity field on which your flow is getting triggered

To run the flow in the context of the system is to set the flow connection to run under system user. You can click on ... in flow action and change the connection reference to run under system context.

In terms running the flow as a owner instead of a system user - could ss oay what implication is of using the running the flow as owner?
