Hello,
We have an on-site deployment of CRM 2011. The CRM server is separate from the SQL DB server. When we restart the CRM server, the "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Services" and "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Services (maintenance)" services fail to start. The services will also stop unexpectedly from time to time. We've set the services to Delayed Start, and this hasn't helped. The services run with a domain user account with appropriate permissions. It appears from other posts and general web search results, that this is a common problem, but I have yet to find a solution. Any ideas?

To understand the cause we need to collect or see the event logs in the event viewer and also the CRM Server trace.

Hi,
You'll need to find the error that it is reporting when it stops. This can be found in the windows Event Log - or you can enable tracing and find the error there. crmdiagtool2011.codeplex.com
