The documentation of the pos hardware mentions :

Character set

Type the character set that is used for the printer. The default character set is 850.

But the symbol euro € not work with this code page. What character set should one use for French display?

The solution is :

On hardware profil

- character set : 850

- print binary conversion : Yes

Configure OPOS printer with codepage 850
