Customer Settlement Table - All Legal Entities

I'm trying to extract Custsettlement records for all my legal entities. 

Note: From AOT, I can see all legal entities for table CutTrans, but CustSettlment only shows records for 1 legal entity. What could be the difference between the way these tables are defined?

    I meant CustTrans as opposed to CutTrans.
