Hi,
I don't see Backup & Restore tab in my CRM Online Administration Center since yesterday 28th Sep 2016; Is anyone else face the same issue? which means that we have left with no facility to restore the backups on prod and sandbox instances.
Please let Microsoft know if you are having similar issues. Logged a call with Microsoft Service request but they are slow in getting back.

Solution: It is only available for target 8.0, you will have to update the instance to 8.1 to see the Backup & restore yourself online on the UI. Otherwise you will have to raise a ticket with Microsoft;
